For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Maybe no one else looks up!!! The yacht club has always been deemed to be the centerpiece of OPA. We all know that the building had many design flaws/deficiencies when it was built. Many/perhaps most have been corrected or overcome. To me it is an obvious architectural mistake. It would be interesting to know what a proper sized cupola would cost. Maybe I will leave a few dollars in my will designated for its replacement
