For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Their angry backlash towards Chip is a pretty good tell as to who was behind the illegal accounting shell game of shifting dollars across Enterprise Funds in order to hide the $9 million budget hole and the non-functional facilities at Glen Riddle. I do not believe any "illegal accounting shell game" was created by any of the County Commissioners and there is zero evidence to support such a charge. If there is/was any "shell game" it happened at the hands of County employees who made a mistake. There is no indication any individual personally profited. Nor do I believe Bertino or Bunting would agree with any accusation that other Commissioners were involved in an "illegal accounting shell game" |
