| I don't know the answer to that question. It would require a reading of the bond documents. It certainly not a good practice from a lender's viewpoint. Unless the County and the particular service area is in full compliance with all aspects of the agreement, I'd expect a move to tighten the loan covenants to prohibit future transfers. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Is there a potential violation of bond covenants? Or does the County general funds backstopping bond issues render my question moot? Regardless, given the history of back room shenanigans I would caution investing in any future Worcester County bond issues. |
