| Top, let me ask you a question. Since we started electronic voting how many more properties now cast a ballot compared to the last time it was paper only? I think Ace did the ballots up until electronic voting? | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Robert Ace did not have a platform for secure on-line voting. Close to 30% of the residents in OP use on-line voting. Ace had to build, customize and test a on-line platform and portal which they haven't. The RFP states that a company needs to have hybrid capabilities (paper and on-line)- Ace didn't. So we didn't give up on Ace. Time to get out of the stone age of only paper ballots and using a scantron equipment that takes several hours to count ballots and use the technology that is available.
