Not to belabor this, but . . .
In response to your post last year that I quoted from, in the same thread, Debbie Bloom specifically asked "Did you click the link to see if you could vote twice, once by mail and once by email?" You did not respond to her. The late Jim Trummel then stated in the same thread "Amy only indicates that the link was 'working' without further elaboration except for what is in screen shots we have not seen." You did not respond to that post to provide the "elaboration" Mr. Trummel was hoping for. In a subsequent post in the same thread, he asked and stated "What does it mean when it is said that Amy's link works? I don't know." You did not respond. Ms. Bloom, Mr. Trummel, and me all read your post seeking to raise a "red flag" about the possibility of someone voting twice, as suggesting you could do so and that you might have done so, but (strategically, in my view) not saying whether you actually did do so. As stated, you stayed (conspicuously) silent when Ms. Bloom or Mr. Trummel both asked whether you had voted twice. What is "alarming" to me (using your word) as legal counsel to OPA is that, while a candidate in the 2024 election and apparently to support your claims of a (non-existent) "duplicate voting" issue, you (apparently deliberately) voted twice, once by paper and once electronically, and you did so after having received an email from MK confirming that it had received your paper ballot (see your post on the Forum on July 9, 2024, stating to Joe Reynolds: "Yes. I received an email that my mailed ballot was received.") |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: In Mr. Farr’s post, he explicitly claimed that MK Elections informed him, as a sitting Director and candidate, about my homeowner voting activity. This assertion leads to two possibilities: either Mr. Farr misrepresented what MK Elections conveyed to him, or he is deliberately attempting to portray my actions in a negative light. The fact that OPA’s attorney is attempting to reinterpret this situation is remarkable. Allow me to clarify. You correctly noted that I informed Steve Ransdall in 2024 that I had voted twice. However, your claim that I “conspicuously left out” this detail in my post last year is inaccurate. Please review the highlighted section again. How could I have informed Mr. Ransdall that the voting link was functional and provided screenshots as evidence if I had not been able to vote twice? It is clear that MK’s system had vulnerabilities last year. They sent reminder emails containing a voting link to homeowners who had already cast their votes. This link remained operational, allowing duplicate votes to be submitted. I confirmed with MK that these duplicate votes were identified, and the election report documented 33 instances of such votes. What is not clear is why Rick Farr is writing that MK Elections was discussing voter activity with him. That is alarming. |
