I feel that this OPA Board is not looking after the home owners best interest. I think you should always look for ways to save money and this was one opportunity I think the board made a big mistake.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: As usual are Board sucks. This is mismanagement at its best. I am sorry but I can not agree with your reply or the OPA Boards decision. I have my own opinion and a right to express what I think. It is to late now but I think spending THIRTEEN THOUSAND that did not need to be spent was a waste of our home owners money. I feel that this OPA Board is not looking after the home owners best interest.
