You did not answer my question. Why did the Board refuse Ace?
The board did not need a reason. However, if you want facts, watch the video of the meeting. The board expressed concerns about ACE's ability to handle INTERNET voting, along with some other questions the board felt needed answering. ACE then responded, not with answers, but with a long letter blasting the board and withdrawing their bid. Anyone can agree or disagree with the board's decision, but it was the board's to make. |
