For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: One interesting event -- as the board broke for lunch, Stuart Laklernick, seemingly at the suggestion of Elaine Brady, said the board needs to "discuss this offline." Offline? Is this a violation of the HOA Act? Who cares? Earth to Joe - nobody cares about the HOA act. These people are afraid of their own shadow. How does anything get done around this place? I have a suggestion, replace em all with BOTS. Not all at once, that would be absurd. Let's try one and every year add another. |
