For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty, your sarcasm is not quite up to Dave's high level, but close. 
Back to reality, how would you proceed to get the Key Bridge reopened as quickly as possible? It sounds like you would wait 10 to 20 years to settle all the claims. Is that what you are suggesting? If not, and sarcasm aside, where will the money come from to rebuild that bridge asap? Fortunately, Congress did the right thing. |
