Marty, your sarcasm is not quite up to Dave's high level, but close. 
Back to reality, how would you proceed to get the Key Bridge reopened as quickly as possible? It sounds like you would wait 10 to 20 years to settle all the claims. Is that what you are suggesting? If not, and sarcasm aside, where will the money come from to rebuild that bridge asap? Fortunately, Congress did the right thing. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: I believe Maryland taxpayers are on the hook to pay this funding back should the insurance and shipping company fail to honor their responsibilities. That said, I am pretty sure the money is from Federal taxes paid by everyone in the U S A including you and me right here in Maryland. Marty |
