Any chance the build out of the West Ocean City area needed by the turbine folks need Worcester County permits?
West Ocean City is not a municipality. I suspect a county permit is required for any construction in West Ocean City. Given the Fed and State involvement, I am not sure the county can control. Call your local attorney. |
