In a perfect world I would agree but our existing DRs allow for signs that are first approved by the Committee. They certainly don’t have to approve any application. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Why should they approve any sign beyond that which are permitted by law or specific deed restrictions. Making any decision to permit some and Not others is a very slippery slope and probably what got us into this quagmire. |
