One, OPA permits We Back the Blue signs and I still see those We Believe...... signs. I don't see these public education signs as any different.
I am unaware of any formal opinion on this, are you? I suspect the signs you mention are DR violations if the owner did not obtain a permit. What are "we believe" signs? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Two points, not necessarily related. One, OPA permits We Back the Blue signs and I still see those We Believe...... signs. I don't see these public education signs as any different. Two, I interpret the DRs and By-laws as giving owners more leeway in flying flags of various type. |
