Two, I interpret the DRs and By-laws as giving owners more leeway in flying flags of various type.
The DRs consider flags as signs. Can one fly a flag saying "Eat at the Yacht Club?" |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Two points, not necessarily related. One, OPA permits We Back the Blue signs and I still see those We Believe...... signs. I don't see these public education signs as any different. Two, I interpret the DRs and By-laws as giving owners more leeway in flying flags of various type. |
