As I said, I used a round number because there is no contract and no permit plans for the renovation. Feel free to go on and on about some incomplete numbers approved by the board. Are you absolutely certain the $140,00 included every aspect of the racquet sport renovation and that it is a number that might apply nearly a year later?
The number will be whatever it turns out to be, and anything under $1 million is strictly a board decision. Meantime, feel free to rail on. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You told me to do my homework. I did. There's an approved bid for this project and the Tiki Bar expansion. The price the board approved for the racquet renovation was $140,000. The price the Board approved for the Tiki Bar was $197,500. I sure hope that neither project has unaccounted expenses of $60,000 and our Board is dealing with "round" numbers. |
