| You told me to do my homework. I did. There's an approved bid for this project and the Tiki Bar expansion. The price the board approved for the racquet renovation was $140,000. The price the Board approved for the Tiki Bar was $197,500. I sure hope that neither project has unaccounted expenses of $60,000 and our Board is dealing with "round" numbers. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Amy, I have little interest in debating preliminary estimates on costs of a racquet sport pro shop renovation since there are no construction drawings, and no firm prices on anything. The project is in the planning stage. $200,000 is a round number. Maybe it will be less. Maybe more. |
