I would be surprised if the County P & Z allowed any additional impervious surfaces at that location.
The building could possibly be enlarged and not increase impervious surfaces by expanding over already impervious surfaces. If not, it might take some expensive stormwater management plan. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Amy: It is normally more cost effective to build up rather than out. The negative is the cost of the stairs and or elevator while the plus is no additional foundation or roof, and the space is actually free of land cost.
