For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Is there going to be a detailed, line by line explanation of the cost before any contracts are signed? If the project is going to involve a chunk of OPA money (7 figures) will we get a say? Robert, you need to pay closer attention. OPA will not be contracting with anyone. The project is at the Maryland Coastal Bays Program. OPA is not obligated to pay one cent. |
