For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I never suggested the state would fully fund. It will not At this point there are not even final plans available, much less any guarantee of full funding. Full funding of $10 million is a pipe dream. If the selected design/builder is handling the project as a result of some previous bid process, how could the price increase $2 million in nine months? That is a 25% increase. Yet you question nothing. |
