| the only crabs you might find back that far are to small to keep. Generally don't catch crabs if the water does not move, crabs move with the tides. For a crab pier I think it is a waist of money. Is it just a kayak or how about a small boat launch? A boat that can be carried? | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The new kayak launch and crab pier in Pintail Park look to be complete and ready to use. Both bery high quality installations. Photos coming. There are also a couple of concrete pads and kayak storage racks waiting to be installed on them. Does anyone know if these racks are intended to be a fee amenity sold on a first/come, first-served, or what? Are there any crabs that far back in the canal system? |
