I agree, Board Crossing Signs would only result in major traffic tie ups caused by homeowners waiting for a member to cross......so they would have a shot at running him or her over!
FYI, the geese and ducks do NOT cross in the designated area, guess that means it's open season on them? Martha would be sooooo proud! |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Based on acrimonious posts regarding geese crossing signs, better to have OP Board members crossing signs. Seriously, cost of signs could have been raised privately by fine feather ?? group fundraising effort. No problem with signs, just with unnecessary expenditure. 6x6' portion of road by my house repaired due to underground water leak. Never repaved; HOA emoyees filled it with some rocks - not even gravel. Unlike excavations on Ocean Parkway which were filled in and paved. Board crossing signs better expenditure of HOA fu nda. As .many homeowners would love to run them over WORD |
