I believe our pools should be private because I believe we will save money on operations. Save money? Going private would surely mean losing perhaps $400,000.00 a year in income from the state as the OPA share of slots income. Not to mention the likely loss of another $400,000.00 or more of income from Worcester County. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: I can’t be any more specific. I believe our pools should be private because I believe we will save money on operations. I believe that being a 501c3 or 4 doesn’t matter and that designation could be changed easily and for less than $1,000 in accounting workload. Marty |
