I'd like to see a legal opinion that OPA could operate all five of our pools as private pools without lifeguards. Have you seen one?
Do association members want our pools operated without lifeguards, even if possible? I suspect they would be overwhelmingly against such a move. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Nate: One does not need to travel to Disney World to find this type of operation. The Parke right here in Ocean Pines operates their private swimming pool in just such a manner. No lifeg and swim at your own risk. There are many swimming privately operated swimming pools in our area operating this way. Marty |
