For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: How much money? To get a good estimate you need to identify pool visitors who are not able to present an OP resident photo ID. At a minimum that would include weekly rentals. We don't track that information. I wish we would. Daily fees, i.e. cash at the door totaled $300,000 for just June, July and August. IMO at least 25% of summer pool visitors are renters and charging them non-resident rates would bring in nearly $40,000 additional revenue. Others may have better anecdotal evidence of who uses the pool. This is mine. |
