Talk to your friends, talk to your neighbors, and talk to other Association members to let them know these situations are taking place and that this group is promoting a level of disruption to our community that at some point will affect us financially, which in turn will most likely lead to an increase in annual assessments.

Roughshod?? Talk to your neighbors? I’m not involved. I will be do nothing of the sort. You Directors that were elected in, now are asking us Association members to get involved. Is this Doug asking this individually or all 7 Directors collectively? What are we all going to do? Some of the Directors appear to have everything else figured out, however not this one and now need members help? I don’t want association dues going up over this roughshod mess.  . If association dues go up, should be for some cause like maintenance of the mailbox cluster weeds and gravel. Or how about pulling the weeds and adding a little gravel to our beach club parking lot? I’d pay a little extra for that.

Unbelievable nonsense!  

What I will be discussing with my neighbors is how on earth our ditches are going to remain cleared with no leaf cleaning services from our Association. While I and some my neighbors are good enough to clean out ditch leaves. there are many others that look the other way. This will most likely cause more tickets for the already overwhelmed Public Works going forward when this comes in to motion. 

We would welcome a conversation with representatives from the Do It For Gavin group with the hope of understanding why they want to disrupt the Ocean Pines community and how their actions would serve to move forward with justice.
