Ed, the Elections Committee has nothing to do with qualifying candidates. That is totally in the hands of corporate secretary Monica Rakowski. (Correction -Secretary is Stuart Lakernick ) |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I am confused by the "no workability" and "cannot be trusted" comments. How do either of these go to the question of whether the individuals will put in the time? Is there the suspicion that they will seek to disqualify qualified candidates? I recall few election seasons that did not include a plea for enough candidates much less a scandal of otherwise qualified candidates being arbitrarily excluded. |
