| Robert, listen to the discussion and you will note the board seems unanimous that in all future elections a separate ballot package will be mailed for each individual lot. Multiple lots on one ballot is no longer an issue - hopefully. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Help me out here Joe, what is so difficult about mailing out ONE ballot for each property that is current on the lot's assessment? If someone owns 3 properties they would receive 3 ballots and, get three votes. It seems fair to me if someone owns three lots and I own one lot they should get more of a "voice" in the governing of the Association, simple math, they pay more than me! Thank You |
