I was a part time property owner for almost 20 years.
I believe the proper description is non-resident owner. Hybrid meetings are a curse. The meeting videos were available since 2005. The current video of board meetings from the hybrid curse is unbelievably terrible. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I was a part time property owner for almost 20 years....most of my time in Baltimore and summers in the Pines. Electronic voting and hybrid meetings would have been appreciated. I looked to a Board that protected my interests as an owner who wasn't here full time |
