I guess it would come down to what resources and resolve the county has to enforce violations of short term rentals.
John, an interesting aspect. The county has shown more resolve in enforcement than OPA. As a practical matter, OPA has little or no enforcement. Last I checked, OPA has not taken any association member to court over violations in years. |
