Very well written review. We tried Dons for the first time last Saturday. The only thing I could add was that I was pleased to see a broiled fish entree on the menu. Stuffed flounder.  The owner told us they would be opening for lunch shortly. I meant to ask if there would be a separate lunch menu. The current "handhelds" are pretty heavy duty like cheesesteak subs, smokehouse chicken. Would like to see some shrimp, chicken, tuna salad sandwiches and some lighter options for the senior crowd.
