Indeed. The full sentence was, "The issue of banning Janasek seems to be more a case of OPA exercising Maryland trespass laws to protect patrons at a public bar owned and operated by OPA." Perhaps I should have been more clear. I was intending to point out what appears to be the board's intent to use the trespass law if your client ignored the written ban notice. Query: Can an OPA Board of Directors legally ban a non-member of the OPA from OPA-owned liquor sales establishments based on actions as described in the signed and witnessed eye-witness written incident report? |
