For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I have sent 3 emails to the board and the Info@oceanpines email In addition to my maps and emails from the County and State contacts I shared with them a site scan from the County showing they are in ownership of the road. I only received one response from Collette back on March 3rd. All directors were CC'd. Her response was: I have copied our General Manager on this response. I will refer your inquiries to him and his team to review the issues you raised. I will review and discuss his findings in my weekly meeting with him which will take place next Thursday, and escalate the matter to the rest of the board as needed. When we have answers for you we will reply with further information. No other contact. I offered to present to the board and formally bring this topic to them and the Community and no response. |
