| Good point. Institutional knowledge is important and frequently undervalued. People leave jobs for many reasons, but most frequently the reason is leaving a bad boss. Since that is obviously not the reason here perhaps it is leaving a future boss?? Hopefully OPA politics are not the reason for either departure. | ||||||
