For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I recall then County Commissioner Tom Cetola saying no new development along 589 until the state made 589 four lanes. Commissioner Boggs was saying the same thing at the time. Since then we have seen the building of Tidal Health North Gate complex, Royal Farms will be building at Cathell Road, and now the Atlantic Health complex and next to them zoning application has been made for "restaurant/ retail and supermarket operations. Casino will eventually use their land to build something. |
I also notice the property where Accurate marine is located has a "under contract" sign at its entrance on 589. Maybe a Cracker Barrell??
