Everyone has access. It's possible that the anonymous person didn't contact the board earlier because they didn't know earlier. That seems more likely to me than any conspiracy theory. The bit of performance art during the meeting gets points for melodrama, but not for substance. The speaker didn't even try to make the claim that the board had violated the bylaws. Do you believe they did? |
