![]() ![]() Section 5: OPA Board Subject: Farr Sues OPA Msg# 1134552

>>This person must have access to records to substantiate the claim of eligibility. >> The records are public records. Everyone has access. It's possible that the anonymous person didn't contact the board earlier because they didn't know earlier. That seems more likely to me than any conspiracy theory. The bit of performance art during the meeting gets points for melodrama, but not for substance. The speaker didn't even try to make the claim that the board had violated the bylaws. Do you believe they did? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I disagree. I think Farr is spending money thru the court system to resolve this issue on principle as did Slobodan when he disagreed with the Board. I seem to remember Camilla asking Joe thru the forum when he was doing his polling the membership for who they were voting for. Joe announced after the poll seems to be heading for a close race. Ballots were sent out , town halls conducted and then the “ anonymous whistleblower ”. This person must have access to records to substantiate the claim of eligibility. The timing of all this just seems too coincidental. After watching the video I strongly agree that possibly a class action suit could be filed for those people who voted for Farr and have only one vote. |
