No, nothing about the "cabal". Horn volunteered that the informant wasn't looking specifically at Farr's ownership. She said that the tip was to look at all candidates with the implication that one was not kosher. She said that all were looked at and Farr's problem was discovered.
Upon reflection, I'm not confused. Someone went digging to find a problem with any of the candidates ? Why would some concerned citizen take the time to do that ? It's more likely, someone went looking for a problem with a particular candidate, found it and said to look at all the candidates, knowing that a particular candidate had a problem. So, someone takes the time to do the research. When was the research done and the discovery made? Soon enough to allow a change to the ballots? That would be better for the association. Or delay until the ballots are mailed out with the expectation that votes for that candidate would be disqualified? That would be better for one or more of the competing candidates. Criminal act?? Hardly. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Not sure what you are saying or accusing regarding Horn. I think Horn said a tip came in suggesting the eligibility of all all candidates be checked Are you suggesting Horn is in on some conspiracy to prevent Farr from running? You apparently have some worst case scenario in mind that would somehow prove this “cabal” theory to make sure Daly is elected - a possible criminal act - based on your speculation |
