it is not about Esther although I felt considerable hostility from her In my one and only interaction with her.   Not an attack…I feel her statement about judging people was apropos of how I was treated unfairly by a judgemental board, without factual information. That decision has had a major cost and lasting impact to my career.  The cost to OPA was a direct result of sloppy decision making and hasty judgment. Had it been handled professionally I would folded my tent without legal action. Please, I may have not won my case but I will always feel I was a victim of Board politics.   Victims don’t stop being victims simply because time has passed. I did good work for Ocean Pines in my short time with OPA with significant board instructed objectives achieved.  My reputation was permanently harmed by the action of the board.  This message is specifically for you and if you wish to remove it you have the power to do so.
