For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: It's time to reach out to the OPA Board and tell them enough is enough and to focus on other concerns in the community rather than short-term rentals. Steven, or maybe it's time for a motion on a vote of NO confidence in one or two of the directors? FYI to all, I have copies of the two bills the County adopted. Bill 19-3 relates to the zoning code, and the short-term regulations in particular. Bill 19-4 relates to the general rental license requirements.
