I am not sure what you mean.

I would definitely want to make some contribution to making the OPA rules more JUST for folks who are just trying to live a normal life.

Boise never forsaw that many people would settle here and raise families, have dogs, have different kinds of jobs. etc.

The saddest case to me may have happened before you came ot OP.

A Lady Marine who had retired and thought she had found her "FOREVER HOME" had to leave her beloved home because the ARC would not allow her to have the fence she needed. She was disabled to the point that she could not take her dog on long walks, so she needed for him to be contained where he could move about freely. Her lot was wooded, by the way.

He was a jumper so she needed a 4 ft. fence to keep him safe.

The kicker was that the exact same fence she wanted to put in her back yard was directly across the street from her and had the ARC "stamp of approval"!

Go figure that one out!

So....here was a woman who served her county well, and after much searching found a place she loved. She ended up leaving because she could not enjoy her property and pet.

This is the kind of stupidity I would like to see GONE.

I am sure that with some creativity we could all live in peace and enjoy a NORMAL community.

Please explain what contribution I could make.
