Hi Chuck, There's something else you may have to consider, is every section in OP may bring about there own bylaws and restrictions. Who knew ! Each section has the right to change the DRs of the section. However, no section can write by-laws that supercede OPA by-laws. As for who knew, any lot owner who actually read the Declarations of Restrictions when they bought. You didn't? |
