I can tell you this, Joe; After the Board charged Bill, Reid and myself to look into this subject on their behalf, we took this undertaking as seriously as was humanly possible. We talked to every player and learned a great deal about how each of them felt, both personally and politically. This was especially true about our meeting with Jim Mathias.

I can tell you that every question that was pertinent was asked, but I am not going to tell you what was specifically said in a private conversation that contained a great deal of personal overtones.

What was learned during this investigation was interpreted in terms that we felt were in the overall best interests of all of the members of the Ocean Pines Assn. at this point in time and led to our recommendation to the BOD for action to be taken by that Board.
