For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Another approach could be a court case to return to county-wide voting for commissioners with the election structure set up to give an equal chance for minority representation. There are several ways to do this approved by the courts. We have a minority district under the present plan. Please explain further your idea of a court case. I think the system we have now was a court decision. |
