Joe, From the Gazette's front page article "Route 589 project receives additional $2M from state" "The state will spend $2 million to complete project planning to improve traffic flow and safety along route 589 from route 50 to Route 90 near Ocean Pines". Sounds like they are getting ready to fast track Route 589 if the slots referendum is approved. Norm |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Let's attempt to get their attention some other way Can you provide some info on just how you believe the OPA board can change the attitude of a majority of commissioners to start spending money in this area for things like a senior center or rec center, etc? |
