For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Even if it did not they could just reallocate funds to make it work. This is why they like to talk about slots revenue funding education or as was the case in Pa, to get the lottery bill passed, the seniors were promised the profits. Helps get the bills passed and the money freed up from these promised targets can then be spent in other areas. Hi Jack, The Lottery was supposed to take care of ALL our educational needs. Unfortunately, a good part of the electorate falls for the bait. I don't see that changing anytime soon.
