OPA Board Meeting of 9/14/2005. Director Dan Stachurski presents motion to place him in charge of the construction of the new Community Center and selling OPA propertes to finance same. Director Coleburn pointed out the motion would give Stachurski "carte blanche" over the project; Stachurski agreed. Coleburn and Kelley argued there should be more than one individual involved. Motion passed 3-2. Cook, Sterrett, Stachurski voting Yes; Coleburn and Kelley No; Duffy abstaining; Venit absent.
