OPA Board Meeting of 9/14/2005. Ocean Pines resident Roelof "Dutch" Oostveen uses public comments period to launch a verbal tirade, aimed primarily at board member Heather Cook, over what he believes were failures in the election process this year. This is a case where some board member should have ignored a board policy of not interrupting a speaker during public comment. The board should not allow incivility to go unchallenged. Sadly, a few in the room applauded the tirade.
