Several residents of The Parke speak out against moving of Community Gardens to Manklin Creek Road site.at OPA Board meeting of 7/20/2005. Parke residents apparently did not voice concerns at prior meetings when board was considering this issue.

Al Isaacs argues OPA exceeded authority by spending money on the YES campaign. Isaacs is former chair of OPA by-laws committee and an attorney.
