Lot owner Bonnie Preziosi took advantage of the public comments at the 7/20/2005 board meeting to complain about what she said was OPA's failure to address drainage problems in the Pines. Her comments also indicated she felt OPA was responsible in some case for problems created when new construction is allowed that causes water to run off on adjoining properties.

Preziosi also said she would vote against the Town Center until drainage issues are addressed, and asked anyone interested in joining a class action suit against OPA over drainage issues should get in touch with her.
