OPA Board of Directors hears public comments from Janet Kelley (now candidate for OPA Board) on 4/20/2005. Kelley's comments were in response to presentation by Rec and Parks Committee Chair Barbara Kissell on development of Woord Duck Park. Kelley reiterates her original request of the board for marking the access the paths into Wood Duck Park, and that she had not asked for development.
